1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 399d Platform — including browsing the site without an Account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 399d. 399d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in Account suspension pending review.

4 Account Registration

To participate in any Game or place any bet on the 399d Platform, you must first create a registered Account. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus credits held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. 399d is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate Account information provided by a Player.

• One Account per person, per household, and per device is the maximum permitted.
• Registration using false identity information, stolen identity documents, or another person's payment details is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• 399d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law register and use the Platform at their own risk. 399d accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such use.

Upon successful registration, 399d will send a verification email to the address provided. The Account may be subject to limited functionality until identity verification (KYC) is completed. KYC documentation requirements are set out in our verification request communications and may include a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address dated within three months.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 399d strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your Account and that you do not share your login credentials with any other person.

• You must notify 399d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• 399d will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you have notified 399d of a security breach and we have confirmed that your Account has been secured.
• 399d is not liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

7 Bonuses and Promotions

399d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who hold a fully verified Account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state that it is a recurring offer.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting wagering contribution rules, or using mathematically low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 399d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. General betting and gaming rules that apply across the Platform are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 399d does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances specified in the applicable game or sport-specific rules (e.g., match abandonment, technical error).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a Game, 399d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international series — are subject to the sport-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. In-play betting odds are updated in real time; bets accepted before an odds change are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and Bonus credits, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other device to place bets, collect data, or otherwise interact with the Platform without human input in real time.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of any Game or betting market.
• Opening multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a previous suspension or self-exclusion.
• Using payment details belonging to a third party without their express consent.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any transaction connected with the proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features of the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with 399d.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 399d staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 399d Platform — including but not limited to the 399d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 399d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or broadcast any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 399d.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the 399d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any means.

Game content (including graphics, audio, and game logic) made available through third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's licence terms.

11 Privacy and Data

• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or other data displayed on the Platform, where corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service partners.

Nothing in these Terms limits 399d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14 Termination and Suspension

399d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement to close the Account.
• The Player becoming ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., change of age status — though 399d notes this scenario is for the reverse: a Player confirmed to be underage).

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified Account balance (excluding Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within seven business days. 399d will not be liable for any loss of opportunity or anticipated winnings as a result of Account termination.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with our support team, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, as specified in our dispute resolution notice issued at the time of the dispute. 399d's decision on any matter relating to the operation of Games, the application of these Terms, and the calculation of winnings and losses is final, subject only to the arbitration process described above.
